i had to pick up a little ANH under 10, seems like a joke to push this company with no debt and 2 bucks in earnings and dividends down this low...even before this recent surge in mortgage activity the company was paying at least .50 a year in dividends so even if new mortgages slow a bit and interest rates eventually rise (not going to happen anytime soon at this rate), they should still have a solid yield

it's got to be worth more than 10 bucks....IMHO
