I don't know, and I don't think they will say. I did note, however, that there was a picture purporting to be of (one of?) the NSA's computer room circulating recently (I think IBM used it to tout some program of theirs) in which the Sun logo was visible if you zoomed in a bit.

10/1 refers to the new fiscal year budget money--they can start spending that on 10/1
