Raptor thinks the DOW (a worthless average) could hit 7950 by month end, the Naz 1300 or lower and the S&P 841 or lower.

Remember though, T/A is just one measure that can easily be overridden by major unexpected news or earnings reports.

After another strong quarter for NLS I understand Herb's rag sheet is after them again (prompted by hedge fund conspiracy ?). Has anyone seen his new attacks? Last time it was because the CFO had only one college degree instead of 2 and then he couldn't figure out the royalties received by officers and that was worth another couple of points. They probably forgot to dot an i or cross a t in the latest reports as he sure doesn't want to see the shorts have to cover on such a strong earnings report that beat estimates by .08.
