Dow down 284 at noon EDT 7/19/02.

That's the price we pay for electing a couple of Big Business "I've made mine" types to the presidency and vice presidency. When they talk about Big Business corruption, no one listens.

Will the first digit of the Dow read "7" before the day is out?
