SFCC (another ODOD, disaster stock) at $8.00 (PE 7-8); compelling value here as it is down from $27 and broke 52 week low of $11.07.

They missed earnings by 15% but still expect to make over $1.00/share this year and are guiding growth 25% higher and announcing a share buyback. Looking to see if it can hold $8.00

SFBC International Announces 750,000 Share Buyback Plan - Provides Second Quarter and 2002 Earnings

"Based on preliminary financial data, it expects revenue for the second quarter to be about $14.5 million, with earnings of 18 to 21 cents per share.

SFBC also anticipates revenue for fiscal 2002 to be about $58 million, with earnings of $1.00 to $1.05 per share.

"In spite of the near-term industry delays, the long-term trends for the company and the industry remain intact, which is why we remain confident in our ability to deliver net income growth of over 90 percent in 2002 compared with 2001," said Lisa Krinsky, chairman and president.

She said SFBC anticipates EPS growth of about 25 percent for the year, even as the shares outstanding increase about 65 percent during the year."
