First, I don't support the idea because I think it is redundant to systems already in place like 911, Neighborhood Watch and tip lines maintained by the DOJ.

Second, nothing which has been proposed violates the 4th amendment. That's complete poppycock. The proposal amounts to centralizing tips gathered by people going about their normal daily routines and focusing on those occupations which bring them into contact with a wide sector of the public.

As I said, you need a reality check. This overheated hype does not serve you well in terms of your crediblity.
