Premiums are jumping a bit, indices are coming off the low.. will it stick? Are we going to see another 300 point rise?

Evidently what happened in a perverse way was that after the WTC attack the United States seemed so resolute, resilient, competent, able to go to the ends of the earth to find and punish its enemies, together with a renewed intertvention of the Fed to pump out money, that cash just poured into the markets and reinflated the then-collapsing bubble.

But of course here goes the 3 o'clock turkey shoot.
