I simply find it insulting to have those commercials imply that somehow I'd be a much happier computer user if I switched those people are not actors, they are real people that are much happier campers.... they aren't telling you to switch, they are telling about the huge hammer that was lifted from their heads when they switched.... why do you feel it insulting for other people to have figured out something, and are excited about saying it? as someone once put it, its not that people are trying to come off as preaching, its just that its like you've just had a giant splinter removed that you've had since you were a kid... and your so excited that you can't but tell someone about it.... all cars are also a pain in the ass, some more of a pain than others..... mac fits into the camp of less pain... jon.
