Well, my Soundblaster Audigy install went OK and is working. So I decided to place the PC underneath the desk. What a pain! I had to recable everything and get extentions for the mouse and keyboard. The sound seems to be OK when I pipe it through the AUX on my miniature JVC stereo. I will rent a DVD and then see what happens. I must retrain myself from getting a subwoofer, for I do not want to be thrown out of my apartment for disturbing the neighbors. Bob Graham
