I am going to have to pull up a chart before I predict the DOW,s low. But 6500 seems to be a reasonable level for it to reach this summer and Sept silly season may pull her up some. There could be some very sweet deals come the fall.

Yes there could be some sweet deals come fall, and some sweeter ones a year hence. As for what is a reasonable level for the DOW, I wouldn't know. All I do know is that I believed all of the lows for the last five big bad bears, going back to 1970, to be quite unreasonable.

The PE ratio thing scares me, especially in light of all of the accounting woes.
