Oh. I panic when I get these, because I just had a virus on my PC which would not allow me to go to certain websites, download certain features (like Flash and NAV updates) and the like. So a reinstall fixed everything.

I get paranoid.

Right G, though well intended I thought Carolyn's recommendations were a little severe as a starting remedy. Earlier I ran a virus scan so have ruled that out anyway.

Norton System Works also now seems unstable so I may reinstall it before I do anything else.

Everyone here is so nice it's a pleasure, especially compared to some of the Yahoo nuts. No wonder they call it Yahoo.
