Those whose smarts exceeded their greed mostly abandoned the Elgindy bandwagon even before the first time he went to jail on charges no one knew were pending when he first showed up on SI, since they were never disclosed until a new court date suddenly materialized.

Tony may be guilty of one thing for sure

hanging with a couple of people who are not that with it. These latest developments can only help tony's case. I do know that judge's view the testimony of defendants turned aides of the prosecution with some reserve and I can see why.
