I have been using their Norton WinDoctor, DiskDoctor, GoBack, and Ghost with success. And I find the Winfax to be adequate fax software. And of course the antivirus software is good. Now on the other hand, the Norton Firewall has potential, particularly the ad removal feature, which is very nice when it works. However, the product needs to be refined, and the application has a few bugs. If I had not spent the money of this product, I would of purchased ZoneAlarm Pro. Bob Graham
