I tell them mattresses (like the ones you stuff your cash in) have a much greater rate of return, and they are much more fun when shared with a partner <G>.

I have started to talk again. (after a long silence).
Mostly i ask questions of them, and try to get some honest reflection of goals and the like...
one in twenty has benefited....
