No, of course not. It will be lawful; but whether or not it is equitable is open to our respective interpretations. I believe the 9th Court has applied the pertinent principles both lawfully and equitably. I understand that you may not consider the decision equitable, but in my opinion it was unbiased, and consistent with accepted principles of logic.
