<Checked the Rydex nums just now, and have to say that the Naz nums are still disappointing me. Shorts are definitely not that thick. Apparently a lot of them (gasp!) covered lately. Next week should be interesting...> That would mean a significant part of the "buying" were shorts covering into the heavy selling and thus as they were providing liquidity for sellers to get out they also were reducing liquidity. Next week will be interesting.
