I'd like to see America succeed and return to prosperity. And America is its people not its companies.

The American everyman is carrying far too much of the tax burden. And why are we taxed anyway; it's not constitutional. I read that the govt could be self-supporting with a national sales tax of "point seven percent" That's a miniscule part of one percent. I could go for that. I'm tired of supporting not only the govt, but corporations. don't forget...Enron didn't pay taxes for four of its last five years and they were still in line to get a tax rebate. Wow, I'd sure like that kind of treatment!!!! Wouldn't you?

Nothing will stop business from expanding, once the groundrules are the same for everyone.

That isn't the case today. Look at ENRON crooks, their swindles cost $80 billion in losses, and suspicion of offshore crimes for the past decade or more.
