I don't know who's buying it. In fact the WH team is so desperate to find its way out of the Cheney mess, it called the Rush Limbaugh team to ask to use their bogus spin on Cheney BECAUSE HIS IMPROPRIETIES ARE SO INDEFENSIBLE, they couldn't afford to have him respond.
