And THAT is sideline money. The small investor is not running. Not now, when he was expected to, nor before, when the "experts" arrogantly predicted he would. He has a lot more character than the typical pants-peeing money manager. Watch ETFs. They may just drive the mutual fund business crazy over the next several years. Firing the "expert" is a more attractive option than cashing out...
