Dollar-cost averaging back in is the smart way to do it, mm.

I think August could be very ugly for the markets, (as if we havent't already seen 'ugly' ) But i don't think we'll have a Japan style meltdown. Too many cultural and structural and fiancial differences between the 2 countries.
