The classic profile of a suicide bomber is a suicidal personality, enticed to commit mass murder by the promise of rewards for his family. Israel has started a new policy of punishing terrorist's families, which will completely eliminate the motivation of bombers and make it nearly impossible for Hamas and the PLO to recruit.
