ng, I have watched FRAM make impressive gains over the past 5 years. When will it be ready to challenge DRAM, ie, when will it get to .13-.15 u features? At which time it will be able to replace DRAM in many uses. The big problem was the nature of the 'stern chase' that FRAM was in. Dram was advancing so rapidly that FRAM never seemed able to close the feature size gap. Be nice to have 256M of FRAM and you just turn the computer on....no boot needed. Bill
