G, Thanks for the article. FWIW, I just changed my allocation for my 403b from 100% Fidelity Select Electronics to 60% Fidelity Japan Small Company/40% Fidelity Select Electronics. I have lost too much over the past year, both what I put in tech stocks and what went into the 403b, and needed a change. The losses get to you after awhile- I reached my point this week. I will be interested to look back and see if this marks the bottom. Regards, Brian
