Edmond, I have not dug into ConAgra's numbers. The two food companies I am currently interested in are ADM and SFD. I would not recommend anyone follow me into the SFD swamp. I do not like the debt they are carrying right now as they have been picking up this debt from the companies they have been purchasing cheap. They have been building stockholder equity and I expect them to pick up some of the Farmland assets out of the bankruptcy court which could add more debt, but these assets should flow cash to the bottom line immediately. This is obviously a speculative play. Joan
