J.P,re:"FNM...". It's nature's rule: 'success depends on
team work and deceive'. Someone is cooking the book in
someway to get the job done. The 'moto' is: get it done,
regardless.

The team on wall-street is done with for awhile.

The team on Real-estate is flexing the muscle with gov.
backing.

I don't think AG/Fed would 'reinstate' the inflation crap,
so look for inverse relationship between RE/economy, same
like Japan.

I look for consumer spending not slowing down, like Japan's
new generation. It's hopeless for wage earner in case of
housing. So they spend, drink, have fun (but no kids, they
can't afford to have a house if the family grows).

Nature's process will take care of any extreme. Human can
only delay the eventual reality for so long before
provoking catastraphic consequence.

Do you know where is TomCruise heading to bring up his
family? If possible, we want to hear the truth on what he
sees/hears to come to that conclusion.

Yes, Tom, we can handle the truth.

"TRUTH". Now, that's a little stretched. We'll see
NO-payment mortgage for life before we get any truth.
