That is right, 3 weeks ago I bot NGT.wt on the first day of trading, at double near with two big buys at .14 and ,10 CN, I shoulda waited but I bot then with free money buy selling NGT at the top (near ) from my .45-47 buy ins so I levergaged in again sorta basis with 25% net more share leverage. What I wonder is where the downdraft will take NGT at what 37 or so again>? I wonder. If so the warrents will be an option of Mexico Gold Leverages...but the OVERDER reCalculation of the smaller size( see Bold below IS UNDERWAY) and higher cut off declared in a 2 month old NR to be done is the questionmark? No? If that comes in this week YOU WIN. Big. The warrents and the stock could fly on a NON LARGE SCALE Financing Plan rather than the HUMUNGEOUS one. Subsequently National optioned half of the Salamandra property to Alamos Minerals Ltd. (see April 1st, 2002 news release). To earn their 50% interest Alamos Minerals, the operator, will be responsible for: - Expending a total of C$2.375 million on exploration, development, metallurgical test leaching and property costs during the term of the earn-in, of which approximately C$1,000,000. This will be accomplished through a bulk leach test of sufficient size to confirm metallurgical recoveries and leaching characteristics. Thereafter Alamos assumes 50% of all additional expenditures. - Assuming 50% of the C$10.25 million of Vendor obligations due under the Asset Purchase Agreement for the Salamandra property (see National Gold's news release dated Sept 10 th , 2001). - Paying National Gold C$2 million within 48 months of Alamos becoming the Registered Operator in Mexico. Should control of Alamos change within 24 months of it becoming the Registered Operator, operator ship of the project will revert to National Gold. The Joint Venture partners contemplate a staged mining operation, starting with production from the higher grade Estrella Zone. Final pit design and pad engineering is underway for a test leach. Permitting will be completed as soon as registration of Alamos as the registered operator in Mexico is concluded. Once permitting is completed stripping and mining for the test leach will commence. "" The warrant require a buy in for ONE Share with an additional 55 CENTS (+ that one warrant that you buy at whater 7, 10, 14 cents )OR say this slowly a chance to own a MULT $ stock for .65 cents, so with each warrent at say a dime ask and each strike at .65, what is the risk rewards to just buying the stock now at .45 or .44 ...nada risk rewrad formulae if the stock goes to say $2 or above, as 4 warrents can be purchase for the same o now cost of 1 NGT Share...so...soly and slowly add in 55 cents time 4 = $2.20 extra cost to buy 4 shares later one THE WAY I look at it so will it go above $2.20 ...is the bet. I say it will. When and how soon, I have no idea. Maybe I should pick NGT STOCK this week, as a supplement but I will not. I will pick .... maybe later.
