That's what it was and they were saying a year ago.

Wait long enough and both grandpa bulls and grandma bears are both right. It's a case of whether there is anything left to participate at the start of the next MAOBO. This one is so devastating there will be several mini bull and mini bear periods. Expectations have changed and getting 30 to 50% would be more than acceptable.
