AJTJ99, I was hoping to get a response regarding what to do. So, I just want to make that selling here is still prudent. Kahlua's Hussmans link talked about capital preservation being so important. Makes sense. But is the markets still have going down more significantly now? From what I'm reading here and other sites is now there's a feeling it's going to last several more years?? If that so then I guess you're absolutely correct and I should still sell???... despite me putting in 40k in the 401k account this year and keeping the exact same balance! I just don't want to "loose" 40k by selling. This is a major hurdle for me to overcome. I really appreciate any input or suggestions. I know I'm way late to the game, but I want to do the right thing in the end. Thanks again! Chris
