ild >When the same stock is going down they want it to go down more so they can get their new options at the lowest possible level. Sure. But I think next time round the regulations might change so that they will have to charge the cost of the options to revenue and not pretend that they are no cost to the company, as in the past, where the directors, CEOs etc made out that the stock options were like manna from Heaven and often didn't even appear on the balance sheet.
