It used to be that Drs. nationwide told their sever asthma patients to move there for the clean, pollen-free air.

They also brought smog. It just hangs over the city some days. And they drank up the aquifer. Shame.

My aunt's husband went there with his family in the late 50s for the air. Eventually two of my aunt's siblings, including my father, ended up there. That's my connection. I'd prefer that the city invest less in grass and go natural.
