It sounds nice. I hope your cousins owned the home they lived in and are selling it to some out-of-town yuppies at an inflated price.

A colleague of mine moved to Las Cruces a while back and got into the nursery business. They just loved it there. Unfortunately, I've lost touch with them. I adore that part of the world. I like the Pacific Northwest, too. My part of the world is too crowded. OTOH, it has beaucoup services for the spoiled, like me.
