amir, the irony is these are the buy high, sell folks. that one lady's condo fees were $1k per month? must be a nice condo, eh? ;-) now we know why 401ks ARE NOT included in savings calculations. the one these i keep getting is spending will be reduced at both the personal and corporate level - nothing stops the govt from spending. iow, we've started the opposite of the positive spiral that led to the bubble. we are now in a negative spiral. when housing implodes, the fat lady will be singing.
