Hi Rajiv,

I like things that others do not. As such, Japan interested me as an alternative to technology. And all things being equal, I would prefer the risk/reward characteristics of small companies versus the large.

As for the stronger yen presenting a problem small Japanese cos., it very well may, but I would expect that to be reflected in in a declining NAV, and therefore in cheaper fund shares over the coming year. As such, I have no problem putting 60% of monthly contribution into the fund. The potential loss pales in comparison with my losses over the past 27 months. Perhaps I have become a little too inured to losses, or even potential losses.

And the diversification I am trying to achieve may be specious at best, since technology is the largest percentage of the fund at 22%.

Regards,

Brian
