yeah i own some MAXF, another good example tho in their case their growth rate is not as good right now, the cash and earnings they have should put a nice floor under it tho while they recover from the market slowdown and 9/11

it's a great trading stock for the most part, have to be patient once in a while when it swoons

as for "have to be long," i don't have to be anything, i feel like there are tremendous opportunities here tho i am also only buying a little at a time while the market struggles to find a bottom...the more accurate statement is i don't have to have a profit by tomorrow, i do most of my trading shorter term when the market is in my favor but i am willing to wait in good stocks for things to turn, especially when i see the reward to risk as being so good...i know i won't catch the absolute bottom with all of the money i would want to have invested when we turn so i pick up a few things here and there when they seem attractive and the further downside seems limited
