Bear Down, I didn't know that Cleveland had a criminal record, nor was I aware that he may have been a broker in the past. But that prior criminal conviction might help to explain why he (Cleveland) might be a tad eager to assist the prosecution. If I remember correctly, federal sentencing guidelines would call for a stiffer penalty for a two-time offender, rather than just the minimum sentence that might otherwise be meted out. KJC
