Suffice it to say that the parties concerned do their utmost to "outpropaganda" each other.

I don't know how much the ex-KGB spent on propaganda. So, I am unable to comment about them and the extent of their success.

But I do know the Israelis have been quite effective in their propaganda and then some. They resort to using threats (both direct and veiled) and blackmail, too. Well, I suppose that, in any war, foul is fair and fair is foul.
