Texas Dude, forget politics for a moment. Think stocks. Think biotechs. Cash constraints are obvious to everyone even shareholders and even posters on Yahoo. This is about the only problem no management can hide from anyone. The idea that this constitutes inside information is laughable. Am responding because I once owned shares in Harken and MPET which sold some properties to them and then dumped the stock received right before it went up 3 X the sales price. Harken's Colombian properties were attractive before the terrorist problems became critical in that country.
