Wow... they were short CREE for the longest time, planting pieces in the street.com, muttering darkly about certain "arms-length relationships" that were anything but, if memory serves... they pegged the direction of the stock correctly back then, though I had a problem with their thesis... hopefully they'll have the direction right now too.

I would like to form a class action and sue Rocker/ Cohodes ass off,, anyone game ?
I have a hell of a securities atty named Roger Claxton , used to be with Kilgore & Kilgore in Ft.Worth, now on his own.
I'm serious , these bastards put out false rumors and harmed the stock, and the existing stockholders.
They should swing !
