Ok, lets focus on TIVOs future. Can you provide the following basic business information: 1. Is TIVO based on a proprietary technology capable of blocking new entrants and if so who owns it and what is their attitude towards licensing the technology? 2. Is there a long-term exclusive supply contract with Sony or anybody else? 3. Is there a long-term exclusive buyers commitment from AOL or anybody else to use TIVO? 4. Who are the most likely new entrants and when/how are they likely to enter? 5. Will price be the ultimate competitive consideration, and can TIVO be the low-cost provider?
