Yeah, these things/guys pop up often lately.
Whatever works, man! Whatever works.
You wouldn't want to tie-up your money in real-estate,
paying tax, insurance, house-keeping while there are
alternative to make it day-in, day-out and no risk to
economic cycle (top, bottom crap).
The 'fundamentals' is: money supply, money flow, go where
the action is.
