How I am going to play this week.

I don't think that there is anyone who doesn't expect crash action tomorrow. That tells me that it may not come. At least not right away. If we do not crash tomorrow at the open. I will likely add SPX puts to my already very short portfolio.

If we do crash. I expect to start covering in increments when Naz 1200 is reached. I do believe that crash action can happen over a couple of days, but I don't want to get caught in the bounce and throw away a bunch of profits.

I do plan on playing the bounce. But only with a small amount of my portfolio. If we do get the capitulation this week. I will stick with about 80% cash and then play Zeev's "Q" on the long side. I plan to get short again when the naz gets to around 1400. I expect that to be toward the end of August AND I plan on adding crash puts along the way.

Jorj,

your recommendations are worth a year or two's losses to the rookie trader....

very well done.
