HLT- I hope Zeev is right but there has never been a time like today. the charts and projections of oversold conditions don't take account of a view of the future from major companies like MSFT, SUNW, INTC SEBL etc that are nothing short of disastrous at this stage.

That can't be ignored. How long can it be till the consumers stops dead in his tracks. No-one can withstand weeks of this kind of collapse without reducing spending. Psychologically this weekly massive collapse is going to jump start its own collapse.

The Europeans are shell shocked and if the US consumer stops spending then who is going to buy all their high priced consumer goods?

Valuations have got to adjust to no growth, no spending, and reduced expectations of any future. What year does that take us to? 1992 or 1989?

Best,

L
