Sure there is. And clearly it is not an abuse here, as 80% of their massive amount of property is owned with no debt.

I've looked. Walmart and Kroger are quite similar. With all due respect to Don's personal investing criteria, which I applaud for being both thorough and conservative, there is absolutely nothing unusual with HD's off balance sheet obligations.
