You are missing the point that in Y2000 and shortly thereafter, the market participants decided to ignore the issues you posted which are all valid and we got to dizzying highs like COMP 5000.

Now the market is adjusting to the issues you mentioned IMHO.

We already had substantial debt implosion and not ALL businesses are fraud, or do not generate chasflow to cover debt payments
