if insanity sets in again count on it. our society needs this market to go up. until the demographic wave starts to break there is no way to "Stop The Insanity". there will be multi-month rallies over the next several years. they'll all also reverse. imo the upcoming "rally" will be a short one, but i expect the fall months to be quite strong. it wouldn't suprise me to see them paint the S&P into the green by EOY: with all the "no three neg years in a row since the depression" angst on TV this weekend they're all but telegraphing their intentions. but that's all speculation. me, i'll take whatever trend the market gives me. i don't need the top or bottom 20%, i'll quite happily settle for the middle 60% of any swing. OT: IIRC you've switched to IB for your trading needs...? how do you like them?
