He's been charged in the court of public opinion When a government prosecutor states they believe he had preknowledge of 911 and profited instead of warning, that is a charge. Play with semantics all you like but he was charged by the government with 911 associations.

Mary is being loosey goosey with the truth here. You caught her out, it's plain to see that, but she will never admit she was wrong, so I suggest you take your truth to bed with you and let her, once more, hang herself on misstatements and outright inaccuracies. You did a good job bringing out that she was posting contrary to the facts. It was nicely done, not accusatory but simply wading through the bs and getting the facts out. My compliments.
