Except that kind of al qaida correspondence could certainly be intercepted in the international USPS centers, right. No need to leave citizens open to vendettas nor jeopardize those intrepid postal people who deliver our mail through rain, storm and dark of night. I really think the US post office people are great and the US Post office is wonderful.
