Hi Tom, what about selenium? Ever since you posted that stuff about selenium, I've been taking 200 mg of selenium per day plus a multi-vitamin (been taking multi-vitamins for years). Are you also taking calcium suppliments?

Tia,
Pinhi

Dr. V,

I put onions on my hotdogs and then take calcium enriched Tums to help put out the heart burn.

Perhaps this is actually a healthy diet! <vbg>

The Tums also help raise the pH from acid to base...

BTW, I've been taking Selenium and Lysine along with Vitamin C and a good multi vitamin.

What ever's in them have been making my finger nails look healthier and stronger than ever. I also have not had a cold since then.

If I'd only lay off the beer, I'd be in top shape.

Do they make a mineral for that, too? <g>
