I don't think WCOME's equipment will be sold off like the dot coms saw. IMO, the company will continue to operate under the protection of the court. Or, it may be broken up and the pieces sold off to other telco companies. WCOME provides to many services to the communications sector, such as voice, data, and internet traffic. If the plug were pulled, there would be a major disruption to the communications in the U.S. and I suspect on a global scale.
