I agree to some extent. I certainly think it is much more so in commercial real estate. After all, these are investments pure and simple. I think the residential market is a different breed of cat but I do agree that the dynamics to which you refer are present there as well.

In the case of residential, we'll need a shock to the habitant therein to get that downward price momentum. And I am sure it will come.
